Roughhouse line hate proc single target or encounter based?

<DIV>Single target, ofcourse AoE attacks has a chance to proc per attack you execute. Or multiple attack hits like Rapid Swings has multiple chances to proc the +hate.</DIV>

Thanks for replying Jezekiell,  that's pretty much what I assumed but it was nice to find out for sure :smileyhappy:..  The tooltip and Description were a bit vague on the hate bit of the proc.  That particular line is a really nice addition after revamp, kinda like the Warrior Hold the Line skill only inverted hehe!
