Dunno, if I were building a 2nd L50 I'd go for something different to my main class. You could always try an assassin, although I know you don;t want dps I don't think you'll see much difference otherwise.

I don't know I have a monk and a brigand as my alts. Seems pretty fun to me. Monks and bruisers are different enough, to be able to have fun with both, and not feel any deja vu.

I think it is very interesting to play the other side. I betrayed with a wood elf to get it started. I will say the FP AQ is way more challenging than the Qeynos side AQ. they really feel very much the same to me when i play them. A few differences here and there. but your tactics form monk will help you a lot with bruiser.

FWIW i have also tried playing a guardian and templar into the high 20's before i lost interest in them. My bruiser dinged 30 last night and I really enjoy it. I think avoidance tanks nut jobs like me will always enjoy playing avoidance tanks.

Well I was going through my respecs today and I noticed that my iksar had some really nice options for racial traits for tanking. Not so much for defilers though 8((

Anyway I have a non-iksar bruiser and I have a blast playing it. It may not be the ultimate end-game tank but I'm having fun with it and that's what I'm paying for.

Oh and if you make one? Make sure you get a 2 handed bo staff and some point after you get your AoE tuant.

The animation is hilarious but it only works on the brawler only staffs not on the multi-class ones

I miss the days when an iksar monk had higher AC and regen.

Go Kerra instead. Embrace the fluffy! Shun the scaley. Be a tiger without a silly fluff skill.

If word of this gets out mate, you're f*cked. :smileyvery-happy: I'd keep it under your hat if I were you.

I was going to tear into you about me having to roll a Bruiser after you single-handedly made Monks more tanky. However, as I've had a blast with this toon I shall keep schtum.

By the way. Barbarian Bruiser. It's the only thing that makes sense - as is clearly proved by the obvious alliteration.

Plus, we have tremendous t*ts in those revealing Gis and apparently the chicks 'dig it'.

Message Edited by annaspider on 10-06-2005 06:12 PM

make a froglok bruiser!

When I compare stats with any iksar bruisers I see mine are always better in terms of tanking and dps. What can I say...our racial traits just rock.
