Doh fear got nerfed quite hard but I guess its still better then nothing =/ <div></div>

It's sepperated from the encounter taunt, making it tons more useful then the previous pre-revamp incarnations we had. 12s Fear, with a 1 min recast timer that works up too lvl 70! npcs. How is that in any way or shape "nerfed quite hard"?</span> <div></div>
