You have to complete three quests from either factions outside the waterfall in Nektulos Forest. They are part of the Bloodline Chronicles adventure pack. <div></div>

Nope just solo mobs up to lvl 50. For heroic mobs and those mobs over lvl 50 its useless.

Check the broker, too.  All the comments in this thread seem to be outdated, too.  Use of this spell is not capped at level 50.  I use it all the time against level 70 creatures as long as they don't have any up arrows.

I still use Devistation Fist all the time, I didnt do the quest series I just had an alchemist make it for me and scribed it, the recipe can be bought by the NPC's in front of the waterfall in Nek. Correct the spell is not capped at 50, I use it on any non heroic mob a lower level than me. Great spell for one shotting a names pet.

I can't remember how I got it, but I think I've had the spell since high 30's.  I wish I could use on heroics though.

<p>I am sure it has been said, but</p><p>Dev. Fist is <i>not</i> worth going through Bloodlines.  Check Freeport Crafting channel on your server, within a few days, you should get an answer.  Any alchemist with the recipe can make it for you.  It is <i>not</i> rare.</p><p>You cannot buy Dev. Fist unless you have completed a boatload of quest objectives - they are all three (or five) l-o-n-g quests, each time going deep into the Goblin/Undead cave.  And people have also not been able to finish a quest, and had to start over.  Get an alchemist, unless you are in your 30s with friends doing the same thing.</p><p>Dev. Fist works forever.  It works as often as ANY of my CAs.  It will one shot Yellows, and rarely an Orange, as long as they have no up-arrows.  On Heroic mobs where there are three no-up-arrow monsters, you can take out one with Dev. Fist, and then tank the other two to take out a Heroic encounter.  Land all your debuffs on Monster 1, Dev. Fist Monster 2, and then return to Monster 1.  Cake.</p><p>Dev Fist, combined with Sonic Fists gives one of the most spectacular moves in all of Norrath.  Try it, amaze your friends, horrify your enemies.</p><p>Recap:  don't do Bloodlines, get an Alchy, scribe and enjoy.  Anyone says bruisers are nerfed, one-shot 'em.</p><p>Redmouser Bruiser, AB</p>
