loot imbalance?

<DIV>Am in a raiding guild.  Unfortunately we usually start raiding about 5pm est, which means we don't get much of a shot at the contesteds since the other big guild on the server is euro/eastern(that and the fact that they bot each other like mad.. but i digress)...</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So most nights, barring a lucky contested spawn in our time, we are limited to instanced stuff (still working on acts of war, it tough but very fun)  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Looking at the guild events page... there are *tons* of plate and chain looted from these instances.  Every tank is fabled out, the clerics are heavily fabled... but the VLA wearers and Light Armor wearers are hosed: The casters have the ubiquitous RoI, Prism, and GEBs combo (thank jebus they easy to get) but not much else and the light armor wearers using RGFs/ACFs and not much else that's fabled... think one of the brawlers has fabled bracers.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>To top it off, the last couple LA legs we got from Paw, a scout took em over the 2 brawlers on the raid... ugh. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>At this point I don't really care as DoF is going to come out soon, hope DoF addresses this disparity though... getting kind of annoying</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Yup i have noticed this as well, Light armor seems to be pretty rare on raids. <div></div>

<DIV>I don't mean this to be a smart [expletive ninja'd by Faarbot], but kill contesteds.  And if you've been tagging all those then you've just had some crappy luck, we've seen alot of light armor drop.  We haven't had a consistent bruiser lately, but the one we do have has some nice nice gear (the feerot bp + a few nagalik items + some crazy nice fist weapons and a RGF).  Also, we have two wardens who have some nice fabled LA, and our scouts have plucked some nice LA as well.  Nagalik obviously drops brawler gear, but I think Alangria has a nice LA loot table as well.</DIV>

we're taking out all contested mobs on our server except for Nagalik and Kra'Thuk. And many instances including Acts of War and Brutal Acts of War. We get like 2-3 pieces of light armor a month. And 2-3 pieces of heavy armor per day. It is completely imbalanced. Finnster <div></div>

<DIV>I dont know about you guys, but on my server, there are 1-2 guilds who even have a shot at taking our Nagalik.  Even so, they fail most of the times.  These are even guilds who have already completed BAoW, Spirits of the Lost, and everything else in the game.  With that in mind, Nagalik is definately out of the question for my guild.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I currently have (for Fabled gear) a RGF, and a Drake hide tunic.  I have seen on lots of other websites that the Deception drakotas for the prismatic quest frequently drop LA.. but so far my guild has only received useless Master I's and such.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
