L20 training: Sarko's Deadly Hook - how much debuff?

Hi,Torn between Sarko's Deadly Hook (Focused STrike + debuff) and Atral's Deathly Visage (feign death with extra chance of success).Can someone tell me how much debuffing Sarko's does?Or the extra Feign Death chance?I like the debuff idea, but I do use FD a fair bit as a poor man's sneak <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Thanks!!

<DIV>I went with sarkos, still have it hotkeyed now as a pulling art.  It hits for 87-145 and debuffs the mob by 64 for a few seconds.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The improved FD is ok but in 10 levels it's worthless as mobs start to become immune to it.</DIV>
