It's listed on the combat art when you examine it, there's an entry called Duration and for Eye Gouge App3 it's 36 seconds. <div></div>

ok cool ... and whats the deal with sucker punch, it was blue when I got it ... and it's already grey ... what gives? <div></div>

Sucker- and Dirty Punch have the same Required and Mastery values, so they don't scale at all. They are both bugged. <div></div>
