Are they ever gonna fix slashing skill

I've been using a slashing weapon for a week and my skill has yet to raise 1 point ... still 110/170 <div></div>

That's been changed.  All fist weapons now raise and use crushing, even if they are slashing or piercing damage.   The slashing and piercing skills still show, but that's just due to the devs not removing them yet. <div></div>
