<DIV>Just hit lvl 46 and received this. My problem is that when I cast it on another player, I am not getting the icon in my window and neither is the individual I am casting it on. We have tried many times with no effect, we are also watching stats but they dont change. I have tried this at app1 and adept 1, same thing happens. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is there something I am missing or maybe some kind of stacking issue? The person I was casting it on was a 46 SK. </DIV>
