Let me get this straight, every class gets a weapon type that can proc except monks/bruisers? Why?

<div></div>Well yesterday I acquired two tier 5 rare pelts on the cheap and thought, "hey ill get some procs put on a pair of fist wraps..."  Come to find out none of our hand to hand weapons can have a proc placed upon it. "Ok, thats fine, I'll get some cedar and have a pair of duel wields or a 2 hand staff made with a nice proc, that's what i'll do!" /tell randomtier5woodworker "can you place a proc on any duel wield or 2 hand weps a monk can use?" Randomtier5woodworker tell you, "Nope, sorry bud, Monks and Bruisers cant use any of the things I can place a proc on. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />" Why is this?  Why can everyone, including mages get procs put on their weapons and we get nothing?  I surely hope this was a mistake, does anyone know anything about this?
