Adept 3 power usage correct?

<DIV>Anybody notice adept 3 power usage is higher than described on the essences prior to scribing?  Twice now I've scribed expecting my power utilization to decrease from my app3 cost only to find it has increased with the upgrade.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have Rapid Swing and Flying Kick at adept 3.  Both take 33 power but I believe the discription on the essences were 26 if I recall correctly.  Is this a known bug?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Side Note: at level 22, Flying Kick Adept 3 does not do more damage than Thrust Kick at Adept 1.  It's a bit faster, but takes nearly 2x the power to perform.  So much for the description: Flying Kick, "an extra high damage attack."   Unless one is agi based and the other strength based, either Thrust Kick is too powerful or Flying kick is gimped.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Apprentice 1 to 2, or 2 to 3, or Adept 1 to 2, or 3. And so on their Power requirements always increases, as does the potential effect of the skill, be it in damage, debuff, or otherwise. If the pre-sribed scrolls show the wrong power useage listed, I'd /bug that.
