Troll bruiser get hit more then a Kerra bruiser?

A troll bruiser will dodge exactly the same as any other bruiser with your agi. For example, a ratoga and a troll bruiser who both have 75 agi will dodge exactly the same- but obviously the ratoga will have it much easier getting to 75 agi. You probably won't be "the best" tank, but you should be an ~acceptable~ tank no problem. Getting a group member with agi buffs (druids and bards spring to mind) will make a massive difference.
