Barbarian as Bruiser

Hello everyone.When i first created my Barb i was wanting some of the Zerker class. But after reading about the recent patch ive turned my thoughts towards Bruiser. Anyway i was wondering if anyone could tell me if Barbs make good Bruisers at all??Thanks
