Adept 3 recomendation for a lvl 25 bruiser

I'm leaning towards Jeer, beacuse I wanne be sure to be able to keep aggro. The thing is I don't know the recast time on that skill, and I'm not interested if I have to wait 2 min to be able to use it again.  Does anybody know the reuse time on Jeer or have any suggestions on what skill I should choose.</DIV> <DIV>/ R</DIV>

<DIV>I woulden't waste it to get an adept III jeer, if you want something to tank with, go for Bob and Weave which you get at 26 or your highest dmg art which I think is rapid swings at 25?... not sure, but grab one of those.  Don't waste it on Jeer.  Jeer is useful and will do fine with a adept I which isen't that hard to find, but not really that significant in the long run.</DIV>

Rapid swings is a brawler technique at level 19. It's good I've got app 1 and still love it. Need to get it upgraded. I'm only level 23, but looking at the technique list I would suggest you go ahead and get Rapid Swings. We don't seem to get many High Damage attacks until around 30. That's just my opinion though.

<DIV>It has been my experience that upgrading stances/buffs does not add that much.  You best bet is to upgrade one of your damage skills.  Look at the skill list and see what gets an upgrade the latest and upgrade that skill.  You will see a noticeable difference in damage if you go from apII to adept III on a damage skill.  If you've got the the rare may as well use it.</DIV>

So I suppose I should be in deep deep grey gear and "not waste my time" bothering to get any upgrades, since I can just get to 50 and get uber_item_02. How does that help me ~now~? Why not gear/skill up now "and" at 50?

If you can't figure out what skills you want to improve along the way, that says a thing or two about the player, and it's not positive.
