<DIV>Just listing the 40+ problems.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>45 - Meteor Punch (A high fire damage over time stunning attack that costs health)<BR></DIV> <DIV>This is not a damage over time skill. It is purely a one hit damage replacement to Grapple (and appears to roughly do the same damage as grapple). The DOT appears to be broken.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>50 - Abuse (Increase hate towards the bruiser and deals high damage to all enemies in an encounter)<BR></DIV> <DIV>It does not deal "high" damage to all enemies in an encounter. In fact it deals no damage what-so-ever. It fears one mob, while appearing to increase the hate of the rest. To put it plainly, it is Jeer version 2. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>We seriously need an upgrade to our AOE taunt. Every single AE taunt we have past Shout, fears at least one enemy. We need an AE taunt that doesn't involve fear. I don't know if you all have been in Soluseks Eye yet, but the dungeon is PACKED with mobs and you can't very well fear a mob when 5 more groups of mobs are 10 feet away. If they fix abuse so that it deals damage rather then fears (which the description says nothing about), then we should be ok in this department.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Guber</DIV> <DIV>50 Bruiser</DIV> <DIV>Crushbone</DIV><p>Message Edited by IkkyScarab on <span class=date_text>01-09-2005</span> <span class=time_text>07:24 AM</span>
<DIV>We actually do get an extra aoe taunt...as a level 10 training choice.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It's not on the shout timer either - it shares a timer with our normal taunt. Very nice to spam, but I don't know how well it will hold up 20 levels from where I am now.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Every taunt being like jeer would be great if mobs didn't run through walls :smileysad: </DIV>

This seriously dents a bruisers ability to tank in dungeons , and considering how well we can tank outside a dungeon people will start getting confused about what we can and cant tank. SOE need to either fix the pathing of mobs in dungeon like areas (extremly unlikely), OR give bruiser a AE taunt that does not cause fear(very unlikely).

<DIV>Well, Abuse WOULD be a suitable AE Taunt at level 50 if it did what the description says it's supposed to do. It says it does high damage and increases the hate of all mobs in the encounter, but in reality it is just like Jeer, fearing one mob and taunting the rest. Of course that doesn't really help people still leveling, but if they fix it, it will at least be something to look forward to at 50.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Guber--50 Bruiser</DIV> <DIV>Crushbone</DIV><p>Message Edited by IkkyScarab on <span class=date_text>01-09-2005</span> <span class=time_text>07:24 AM</span>

Havning one ability to fear the mobs is great, it's a good CC tool, but for general purpose Encounter taunting I find it useless both in relation to mob pathing and in relation to not always wanting to fear a mob. I never use either Jeer or Boast as anything other then a CC tool. It'd be nice if we could get a sepperat line based on the traditional Shout, ie. purely an encounter taunt.
<DIV>This is not a bug but they should definitely change it</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Retaliation - I got adept I in this skill and from a day of 16 hours grinding I see it go off maybe 3-4 times, and when it does it does "Blitz" :robotindifferent:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>merciless stomp doesnt give the STR increase when the mob dies. they should either reword it, or actually make it do what its supposed to do</DIV>

<DIV>Roundhouse aparently doesnt "stifle" a target like it is supposed to. The earlier sakill Throat Punch does however. Dont believe me? Target an Epic type mob and use them both =P Stifle isnt even listed in the effects list of the skill (as in the new info that was added to skills last update)</DIV>

<DIV>is there a message when your skill stifles the enemy? </DIV> <DIV>never saw one - neither throat punch nor roundhouse</DIV>
<DIV>You know because "epic" mobs, otherwise known as raid mobs, can't be stifled. When you try, it says "enemy too powerful" or something to that effect.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

<DIV>My single Target Buffs (Intervene line) like Overtaking Blows, Shrug Off have still a 3 Min Duration. Shouldnt the Duration be increased with last Patch to 10/15 Min ?</DIV>

<DIV>no they gave a list of spells that would be set on different timers - those types of spells arent - probably should be - but they make such a big difference that more than likely they want you to expend the mana/pwer to us them.</DIV>

<DIV>Haymaker starts as blue and greys out very quickly as there is no maximum skill provided. Also, Roughhouse is grey at 36, before the replacement is available. Not sure if this effects the skills, but should be fixed anyhow.</DIV>
<DIV>Haymaker line as well as the suckerpunch skills are always white when you get em and as good as they will ever be, sadly. My biggest gripe atm is that one of our 3 main big hitters (Meteor strike) is still not causing a stun nor a dot.</DIV>

I can confirm that merciless stomp provides no str buff and is therefore completely useless. The dmg done for the power cost minus the buff that does not work makes it a waste of a tanks valuable resources. I have tested using it as a killing blow and no Str buff is provided in solo or group encounters.
