Master Brawler weapon with Proc

<DIV>It depends on what the proc is.  The 1.3 speed wraps from Perma are better damage wise, but it all depends on the proc.</DIV>

Heirophants crook quest is long and hard.. fork out the gp and buy 1..<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> unless u like questing and have 5 friendsIm using Heirophants crook at 42 and the dps when fighting multiple mobs is fantastic. You lose strength and Agility cause its a 2h weapon..but the dps is outta sight.

Just got one the other night in RV off a silver chest, very nice weapon indeed, the proc hasnt been 120 yet, then again the weapon is still orange to me, but the dmg / dly is very nice, also a quck question that i feel i should already know, its about dual wield, so far ive always had the same dly on both weapons, but now im gonna have diffrent, so my question is, is it better do have the fast weapon at main and the slower weapon in the off hand, visa vera, or it doesnt make a diff?- Tamaran 40 Iksar Bruiser - Gravestone Coven - AB

Name Tovic server perma, they are nice, proc hits for as low as 70 and i've seen as high as 170, but not sure about the 20sec thing, seems to me to be more random, i've also seen at times it hits a single target and at times the entire encounter.</DIV>
