Stealth fix?

I just noticed this today... in my skill list, I no longer see Round Shield as an option. Did they add this part of the "big patch" early?

<DIV>More likely a bug, because buckler is still there, and I thought the big patch was supposed to remove both round shield, and buckler, with brawlers gaining innate equivilent to bucklers, and bruisers/monks gaining innate equivlent to round shields.</DIV>
