its not an npc, its a clicky hanging eye DEEP in re, after the clay room you take the first left, then when you make your way down the spiral slop take another left at the fork, then its pretty straight forward to get there but you still go plenty of mess to make it past, gl gettin the quest and even more luck completing it, just finished mine after being on it for what seemed like forever : /-Tamaran 35 Iksar Bruiser / 12 scholar - AB
