Instead of pathing down halls and such the feared mob pathes into the walls and gets stuck, It sucks bad. Outside I have never had this happen yet, but im sure it could if you are fighting near a zone wall. I totaly agree please fix this.<BR>

<DIV>Good to know it happens less (if at all) outside. The only problem is that the place we need it most (A Dungeon) is the place it works the least. :smileysad:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Happy Jacq</DIV> <DIV>The Christmas Bruiser</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Supposebly it takes a big zone change to fix it, so it wouldn't be fixed unless they are doing a major data push (like the upcoming big patch). In that patch I know they'll fix the mobs running through walls and then go invisable/fall through the walls, so I'm certain "jeer" will act better aftr that.

<DIV>I tried this skill out in the dungeon myself. Worked the first 2 times and then the 3rd time BAH. Camp out lol. Yea that does suck and I do agree I don' think it's jeer thats bugged. Just the fact that mobs pathing can actually get them through a wall somehow. Same way they can spawn partially in them and so can collectables. Hopefully fixed with the big patch.</DIV>

<DIV>The only realy bugginess of Jeer is that the description and the actual effect are not in synch. Otherwise, it's the pathing and the fear combat effect (in any shape or form) that is bugged for certain zones.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Ever since I've had Jeer, I haven't been fighting in dungeons. Most of my time has been spent outdoors anyways. I haven't spent any appreciable amount of time in RoV, but I'm looking at facing RunnyEye soon, so my AE taunt might become something of an issue for my tanking abilities.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>In situations where fearing is not a good option (for pathing issues, etc), I've told the group that I cannot be MT as effectively as someone who has a non-fear related AE taunt. So I put myself in DPS position, and crowd control/peeler (with my other abilities). Hopefully the next AE taunt won't have the same issue... fearing is nice, but not when your role is to be a tank and you can bug your group doing it.</DIV>
no it gets bugged, happens when the mob falls through the world or runs into a wall and cant come back, not so much in open zones, but practially a hit or miss thing in runnyeye (which is the king of bugged zones to begin with) you can tell when its bugged when all the mobs are done with and you are still stuck in combat, usually have to move far enough away from where you where to break it or just camp and log back on.-Tamaran 35 Iksar Bruiser- AB

<DIV>Its not a bug. Its just that your chi has caused the mob to disintegrate. You have learned the dreaded five finger heat attack technique. Congrats!</DIV>
