Is it true that there is a tiger form?

Yes there IS a Tiger Form, but I am not sure what you mean by that.If you are refering to being able to run around as a Tiger, thats possible.I think it is a fun spell for the shaman class.Nothing in there form-change wise for monks and bruisers though afaik.
