Is there a noticeable Difference between Unarmed/Fist Weapons and 2H Staff Damage?

and if so, in which direction does the descrepancy fall, and how bad/drastic is the difference?

<DIV>I have not really used 2h crushing weapons, but i have used bare hands and dual weild weapons.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>bare fisted, you seem to do more damage per hit, sometimes.  attack speed is very slow, and it is 1 handed (you cannot attack with both fists)</DIV> <DIV>dual weilding, you attack faster, with both weapons at one time, but do less damage with each weapon.  (although if you add the 2 damages together it is more than 1 handed bare fist.)  Also, with dual weild, you are not very likely to miss with both weapons at one time, so you will always have a little bit of damage.  With bare hands, if you miss, you are SOL for that attack round.  no damage whatsoever.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>my highest melee (non magical) damage is 140 using the bruiser subclass weapon cestus.  but i usually hit for mid 20s to mid 30s with each weapon, totaling about 50 to 65.  bare handed i hit for 30s, with sometimes getting up in the 50s and 60s.</DIV>
