EoF Collection Quests

<DIV>I have been doing some of the EoF collection quests on my monk. Many give some decent jewelry. Unfortunately, a few seem to give items that monks cannot use. For example, the Dwarven Stein collection from Kaladim does not seem to give a reward that a monk can use at all. I have not completed the quest yet on my monk, but did on my girlfriend's  Templar and neither of the two choices she received were items that I could use as a monk. Is this intended? </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Most of the other EoF collections offer useful rewards for every class (Kaladim Diamond for example) and I wonder if the Dwarven Stein one was simply overlooked? </DIV>

i wouldn't guess it was. in the past most of those collection quests had what i would consider to be "pretty random rewards." some collection items gave uber rewards back in the day and seemed to be the best item at the time for that particular slot. i think most of the collection rewards are lame now because basically if you got the cash you can just buy the whole thing (aa, xp and reward) all off the broker while putting nothing into it at all.  i dont think the devs like that too much and because of that they're nerfed rewards for those things. i remember as i completed a lot of those collections from eof i'd look at the reward and wonder why they picked that as a reward when it had nothing to do with the collection. i dont know, i'm rambling now but if u look at collections in the past and compare them sometimes the choice would be a plate item and a chain item or a plate item and a caster item...all seemed pretty random to me
