Warding cloak quest in Steamfont.

<DIV>Hello everyone,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I remember reading in a thread here as recently as last ngiht that there is a quest for a cloak that procs a ward in Steamfont.  I've been looking over threads in an attempt to find the information (specifically the npc who gives the quest), and now cannot seem to find the post.  Does anyone know/remember?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks!</DIV>

Oops, looked a little harder and turned up that it is Waynil.

<DIV>Gnomeland Security HQ.  You should be able to ask the gnome guard npcs where he is as well to get a waypoint wisp.</DIV>
