Enhance Tranquil Vison

<DIV>Enhance: Tranquiel Vison stats.. 1% of target's hate is transferred to you.  YOu get this aa and it changes Tranquil Vision to read.. Causes 1% Threat to transfer to target when in combat.  Whcih would seem to apply the oposit of what the aa said.. It is working to what the spell description says.  It is not working to what the achievement discriptions says.  So it is currently not a a mini amends.  Simple test.  Group with someone.  Put Tranquil Vision on them.  Hit a mob.  FD the mob goes directly for the group member who just earned 1% of your aggro.  Take Tranquil Vision off and repeat.  Mob returns to spawn point.  This cost me a respect as it is a useless skill in its current state.  So thought I would shout out a warning to the other monks before they get this.Heeya<div></div>
