It only goes off on a percentage of hits. The non-fabled parry and deflection ones are like 2%... i think it goes upwards of 10 or 15% for them at highest level fabled.Riposte ones happen more, but even then I think max is 35%.

The best riposte one is 45%, but the way these things work is kinda screwy. It has an x% chance to activate the spell on the specified action (parry, deflect, or riposte). If the spell activates, it has a 30 second duration. The spell effect is that you will be healed for ~100 health up to 3 times during the duration when you take damage. So, if you took the riposte one and popped tsunami, you would most assuredly activate the spell while tsunami was up, but the effect would not trigger until after tsunami went down since it only procs heals when you take damage.

This effect is a pretty convoluted one - need to test it out to see how useful it actually is. Due to the 'on damage' part, I am thinking tsunami will not do much good for you, and it may be best for us to use the 'on deflection' one rather than the 'on riposte' since deflection is our highest base avoidance component.

Wow, Deflection proc adornments seems are the best choice for brawlers because of our already-high deflection % factor in our avoidance. Don't bother much with parry cuz of our already very low parry % to start with.. Ripostes come from parry % as well. Looks like for best adornment is: Deflection>parry>riposte..
