<DIV>Anyone progressed along on this? I got the server discovery for a neck item which is like the 4th or 5th quest in the series, but after that I can't find anyone to talk to. Right now my faction is at +300 and I'm not seeing anyway to get further along.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For those of you who haven't found the Wu camp, its in the NW corner of LFay.</DIV>

It's a no trade item, and unfortunately since it was very inferior to MOA, I just sold it about 10 minutes after I got it. <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

its just a three-quest series.<div></div>

Its a 3 quest series for one person, but I've actually done about 8 or 9 quests from 4 different people that were all Disciples of Wu.

<DIV>So there are the ones given out by Master Kyau in the village, those gave out faction. There were also some tasks given out by Tana at the entrace of LFay from GFay. She is a disciple of Wu, but I don' tknow if those gave out a faction or not. After completing those she sends you to find Uko, who has 2-3 quests, then sends you to Inara who i know doesn't give any faction, but is a disciple as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Hopefully more opens up from this storyline. The book you get from Kyau mentions Vorash, which if you are familiar with EQ1, was the mob you needed to kill to get your Celestial Fists. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV>

Revisiting this thread since supposedly there are new quests available for it. As anyone found them?

I just wrote up 2 more quests for Master Sun Lu guy on EQ2i.com, not sure if they are new or just were never added. All others on that site I have done and have yet to find another NPC to give out more quests.<div></div>

<DIV>Yeah Master Lu Sun gives two new quests. If you screwed your Wu faction over by completing the Nybright quest that gives you -500 Wu faction, then well... you screwed yourself over from getting those quests.</DIV>

<DIV>Also found out that the new quests he gives out are lvl 55, so if you are 70 you won't see the icon on his head since the quests are grey. (Which is why i didn't find them originally. <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> )</DIV>

<P>First off I see quest icons over NPC's who dont give level 60+ quests.. Whats up with that?</P> <P> </P> <P>And the final reward is an actually really good throwing weapon for level 50-60.</P>

Wis has a lot of benifit to monk and tanks in general... monks get higher hit % on our magic hits like freezing palm/dragonbreath and also boosts resistance... Wis is GOOD... IMO it's important enough to have 300-400 ish...

I'm not sure if monks are affected by this but since all of our arts are combat arts and not actual spells that can be interupted INT dosen't do much for us if any at all... WIS boosts hit %</P> <P>you shouldn't look down on the wu slippers either they are very nice and you have to look at the complete set also to say how good or bad the gear is... if you are any kind of tanking monk then the slippers are right in line with tank gear... more health... more mit... more resists... and those three things are covered by the slippers...</P>

I was disappointed with the "new wu quest line" being all of two quests. I was hoping for a nice title like for nybrights. /sad

<DIV>Wis doesn't affect hit percentage on our non-physical CA's. There is NO stat that affects hit percentage in any meaningful way. Drop your Str to 300 or raise it to 600 and you'll still hit roughly the same. After EoF came out I spent roughly 8 hours testing various thing out. Hit probability was one of them. After roughly 20,000 attacks. Str has a negligible affect on hit probability. +5 to offensive skills has a much more noticable affect. And even then it's roughly 3 or 4 percent vs a solo same level mob.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And damage of ALL of our CA's is governed by Strength. Wisdom adds slightly less than 3% to all resists per point of wis up til you hit the curve, which I doubt any monk is going to be hitting anytime soon. That's it. It's better than nothing but not something to stockpile.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Int affects the damage of procs on virtually all weapons and adornments. Making this fairly useful. Still not going to stockpile it, but I've got quite a few Int adornments for raiding.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>And once you start hitting the flatter parts of the stat curve, the gain from other stats can be more useful than raising str or sta.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>If you don't like it, there's plenty of gear available for those slots that does have str or whatever stat you are looking.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Kudos to SoE for getting something right and giving us a choice in what stats for each slot. It's still not going to be enough to keep me playing EQ2 if things don't change but it's better than nothing.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Regards,</DIV> <DIV>Croaker</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>

Not sure about yall but in raids im more worried about my resists than my actual stats.<div></div>
