<DIV>I am looking at getting my level 62 gear for my Monk and am in need of some help. I was just wondering if most of you Monks go for the dexterous gear that is available or do you go for the other gear that has a little less AGI and STR but also has STA? Also would you go for the imbued chest and pants that are available for us? Granted I am hoping to eventually get some fabled gear once I am high enough to raid some T7 stuff but for right now I will have to settle for crafted armour. Thanks a lot for the help.</DIV>

Your best bet for a chest is the Queens Carapace (The Devourer, Den of the Devourer), and as a side benifit you can get dark and light chitin rings in there to, and a very common choice for legs is the Zhardiz's Leggings (Councelor Zhardiz, The Nest of the Great Egg). The rest can be crafted but common choices are also boots of bashing from Sanctum of the Scaleborn, and also Mitts of the Restrainer (Drovbaaz the Restrainer, Sanctum of the Scaleborn). What I just described is a very common set for not yet raiding monks in the know, and it can later be supplemented with other gear from quests, many of which start in the Sanctum, such as the whole "Claymore" line, as well as Hoo'Loh's Woven Hat (Blood for the Brood, Quested) which you would need help on at 62. Those quests tend to be rather lengthy though, but eventually worth it.That just leaves two peices for the arms, as well as some jewelry, although the boots and gloves, and until you get the Hoo'Loh's a hat, are ok.I personally preffered the stuff with stamina on it, although with changes coming to the combat system dexterity might be worth a bit more.
