<DIV>I have recently Changed my AA line down str to experiment with double attack since I dont have nice weapons as of yet.Going to unarmed I do around the same dammage or a bit better but nothing noticable.I have seen a parse and was looking for times I attacked in every few seconds.Unarmed I see 2 attacks about every 2 seconds,2 attacks I assume are the duel weild(left and right punch).Armed and this is the crazy part ,I see up to 4 attacks 3 to four times in a fight, and the rest are like the unarmed 2 attacks every few seconds.Am I missing something, shouldnt I see 4 attacks in a given second or 2 as apposed to just 2?Like I said I just changed so I might be missing something but I was looking for a boost in dammage till I get some nice weapons and hate thinking I wasted 8 AA points as im not doing really any more dammge for selecting this choice. Thanks for your time any feedback would be apreciated.)</DIV>

I think your misunderstanding comes in the form that you may think unarmed is duel weilding; however, this is not the case.  Unarmed combat is equal to using a store bought 2 handed weapon (roughly 2.5 delay).  In essesnce, when you see those two attacks, it is correct, you are using a 2 handed weapon twicei n a row.  Hope that clears it up some.  (Also use /weaponstat to see what the actual delay and dps is when haste/dps buffs are applied)

Intresting I was wondering why I was hiting harder with my unarmed then with my Duel Wield. Thanks for saying that, Now if I use a wepon just in my off hand and nothing in my main hand, would that be considerd the same as reguler duel wield or would it be like a 2hander in my main hand and a duel in my off hand? Can you even have just your off hand equiped with a duel wield im not even sure I havent tryed it.

I believe, but don't quote me on this :smileyhappy:, that if you do that particular arrangement, it will be counted as duel weilding since a duel wield weapon is equipped.  In short, you will be swing half a weapon set.  In regards to the strength line, it is a good line to go down if you want higher dps but do not have 60 + duel wield weapons or a high damage rating 2 hander (106 + (I think, but may be wrong)).  Until then, the strength line will probably out perform damage wise.  However, by going down the strength line, you lose stats, health, power, and weapon procs in exchange for unarmed double attack and 20% dps bonuse, but in some raid set ups--assuming that you do raid--you will hit 100% dps, so the bonus from the line is essentially negated.
