Question on the teleport punch AA

It was either this or Sonic Fists, but Im thinking it was this. In any case, he teleported like 50m, smacked a mob, surrounded by social mobs, teleported back, and that mob came running without his friends. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>For a long range social-less pull, I'd be willing to spend some AA. I think Im close to getting the other calamity, and I'll be switching out my AAs consequently, but I'd rather not do a useless respec only to find out that this thing isnt what I thought. Anyone have it that can give me some info?</DIV>

It's only real advantage at the moment is that it allows a short period of critical hits, and it may allow a solo brawler to bypass other mobs to get at the one they want. Note also that you cannot really teleport up or down.
