Frozen Palm

Why does "Frozen Palm" (lv 59) knock a MOB flat on it's rear end, yet there is no description of a knockback or stun in the descriptiono f the ability.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It simply says that it does damage.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>So, has anyone tested it in a PVP or Duel to see if it disrupts casting at all ?</DIV>

Considering other fighters having "Disruption" in their 10 second re-cast timer attacks, I find it "Disturbing" as our only disruption is from AoE taunt.
