What do you eat and drink?

<DIV>Just wondering what you eat and drink as a Monk?  I usually get the lvl 70 food and drink that ends up being +STR +INT and +STR +STA.  Should I be looking for something else. </DIV>

<EM>Hmmm.  I checked the status of the flying freddy and it states that it's level 70 and yields the benefits of that particular tier in power regen (105) and stat bonuses STA/WIS (+11).</EM>
