monk hats...is there one u can wear b4 lvl 67?

hoo'loh's hat is worn at lvl 67... is there another hat u can wear at an earlier lvl with the same cool graphic as hoo'loh's??    the reason i ask is cuz i just killed a 63 buiser wearing the hat..... where'd he get it so early?!?!?!!!!!!!!<div></div>

Black Queen in PPR drops one - One of the dragons drops Skullcap of the All Seeing. (I think its when you kill the 2 dragons in Pedestal of the Sky)I do not see the T6 gear thread anymore. To get to the Courts take the mirror on the Eastern Stinging Isle. The Pedestal of Sky is in the Shimmering Citadel, accessed through the same mirror for Courts, and requires an access quest that includes killing the Maj'Dul dragons. Off of the Foreman I believe. The one from Pedestal is the Skullcap of the Draconic Disciple if I remember correctly.And you're confusing PPR with Courts. PPR = Djinni and minotaurs and crapshoot rings. Courts = Frogs, ghosts, harpies, etc.The Black Queen is in the Courts, along with the Fire Witch, and she drops the Skullcap of the All Seeing - I hate tooting my own horn but I discovered the thing on Najena. <span>:smileytongue:</span></div>

<div></div>ok, so to recap... monk hats drop in 3 places:  The Skullcap of the Dark Disciple drops in the Gates of Ahket Aken. All require a raid, one is legendary, only the ones from Pedestal and Courts have the rice hat graphic.
