<DIV>Greetings all, my guild is at the point on the Claymore series were we have to face Haraghur the Deathless.  A few attempts have been made but they have failed.  Could anyone offer any advice on how to fight him?    I did a search on the forums but after 20 pages of griping and complaining with little actual information I couldnt take anymore.   Any info would be greatly appreciated. </DIV>

<DIV>Heya,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>My guild has taken him down with 8 people and he's not bad.  But if your strugling look at what your problems are.  Is it healers out of power?  If so grab another healer maybe put them in a grp with a chanter or a bard.  Is it not enough dps?  Then try parsing the encounter and talk to the people that are just auto attacking and watching TV. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>He's a simple encounter that can be hard if only 2 people out of the 12 are trying to kill him haha.  He has a small AE and the adds are ez, grab any fighter to take down an add I would do that when I play my bruiser.    I hope this helps.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Cottonball - 70 Bruiser - Hero</DIV> <DIV>Oasis Server</DIV>

I have not fought him yet I just got on this step, but I think what kept wiping them was his AOE.  Thanks for the info, I will pass it along.

He's not a very hard mob in my opinion, but if you try him out and still have problems, might help to give your raid setup and let us know what problems you were having, how far you got him down, what it was that you couldnt overcome, maybe people could offer more useful tips than just sayin..... "yeah, this is what we do"   Also, listing your MT's stats could help too, his fully buffed HP, mit, and resists, as sometimes if an MT isnt geared right, that could throw off the whole raid.  <div></div>

Sorry if I come off snotty with this...I thought he was a joke, of course I hit him with a fabled out raid tank and some good healers, but all we did was put on our fire/ice gear, and pounded away.  Didn't know there was a trick to it?<div></div>

We got him earlier today, he went down easily.  The problem before must have been the group make up, we were heavy on the DPS this time.
