Auto Receive New Combat Arts at Level Up?

<div></div>Not really a monk specific question, but I tend to follow this board closer to others. I also find the Monk community to be more astute...I noticed that when I dinged 56 on my monk over the weekend that none of my new CA's showed up. I used to get a notification saying 'You learned a new combat art' or something like that, followed by an update to one of my HotBars. I've found that now I need to refer to the excellent list on this board and then hit the broker. Are CA's no longer given at App I upon reaching a new level? Please excuse me if I have missed something in a recent GU.<div></div>

At that level you have to have them crafted or loot them.<div></div>

Maybe he had most of them already made by a crafter in appIV or ad3. @ the OP : Tier 6 is awesome since you'll get some new CAs like silent palm, tsunami, outward calm and fall of the phoenix.
