<DIV>Hi Guys !</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Our guild is really lacking high level tanks at the moment. Because I happen to have a 25 monk and a 35 conjurer I plan to powerlevel one up to 60.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I really like to know how the Conj tankpet would perform in comparison to a monk. Is it slighty worse or a whole lot</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><BR>Thanks in advance for your advice</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Arika</DIV>

If you're in need of a tank then you will be better off with the monk. A monk is a tank class, played by a real person. The conj tank pet is pretty good at tanking in a pinch, but it is never going to be a replacement for a real player. <div></div>

start a berserker.  you'll do more damage than a monk and wear plate.<div></div>

Single targets monk do slightly more DPS and multiple targets zerkers will do a lot more DPS. Also monks will take far more damage than zerkers when tanking and zerkers can keep aggro far better on multiple targets than the monk. On a single target, there is no better aggro keeper than the monk (unless you have a paladin with amends on the monk <span><span>:smileytongue:</span></span> ). <div></div>
