Got a 70 swashie/50 AA. 70 jeweler. Mastered up! and up to B. of Bonemire on claymore will still play him and push for more gear on raids but wondered about making a supporting alt Thought Monk/Alchemist might be a nice choice - poisons for my main (i'll speed lvl that to 70) and CA upgrades for Monk. Monk gear (fabled/legendary) seems much cheaper than chain too! Only reservation is the amount of negative comments about your class on this forum! i take it with a pinch of salt (my swashie can 1 healer tank HoF, so i'm guessing you guys are at least better than that!). From what i've seen of monks, they are versatile and make THE best instance tanks (other than roguetanks .....joking! ). So for rapidly leveling an alt - I would have thought your combo of stealth/DPS/tanking and selfheals would be ideal?

Please don't go onto that subject Selch - Stamina line fabled equipped rogues are formidable lighttanks but thats not what I wanted advice about

fine tanks against heroic stuff, save the problems with aoe aggro, kind of have to build a group around the brawler to some extent. good solo. lots of good duo/trio combinations possible with a brawler. The negatives, as I undetstand it, are primarily concerned with epic content.
