Staff of the flapping wing....bugged?

<DIV>Hey all,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I just bought a Staff of the Flapping Wing, and as exicted as I was to get it, I am saddened to see what is happening when I equp it.  I bought it and went into combat mode to see what the graphics were, and my health started dropping...FAST.  I have no idea what is causing this...is it cursed?  I have never had this to happen at any time during my gameplay and nothing on the item would lead you to believe that this is what the weapon was intended to do.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any ideas?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks in advance,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Padrig</DIV> <DIV>Lvl 65 Monk</DIV> <DIV>Guild of Hours</DIV> <DIV>Everfrost</DIV>
