I don't know if there is already a post like this, but it's not a sticky and I couldn't find one so I have a question. I just leveled to 40 and I feel I'm doing pretty well for myself gear/spell wise. Anyways, I'm curious. As I advance more, what are some MUST DO quests. What are some MUST GET items? It doesn't have to make/break the class, but it can! Those would be the first I'd like to here about hehe. Obviously after lots of reading 2 MUST GET items would be Outward Calm and Tsunami master 1. However, I've never seen either for sale on my server, but I'm saving my money and keeping watch. Thanks for your responses.

If you're lucky as **** to find a Master 1, then dammit they need to allow for those two spells to drop off all level range of mobs, because it's ****ing impossible to get them. I've still never heard of either one actually dropping, but thats just me.

If you haven't gotten it yet -- Devestation Fist from the Bloodlines Chronicles. Great spell that you will still use it at 70.

Make sure you head to Maiden's Gulch to start the Draconic language quest (level 48+). You'll need it for future quest lines.

Tsunami (Master I) and Outward Calm (Master I) drop. I currently have Tsunami and seen at least 5 others when I was paying attention to that skill range. I've seen a few Outward Calm masters, but it wasn't worth the upgrade to me; it only wards around 500 points more than the Adept III version.

Oh My God yes. Get Devastation Fist. I can't tell you how many times it's saved my hide and made some group encounters easier. It was definitely worth going through Bloodlines for. Got an add? Stun, run behind, D-Fist. BAM! Oh, is that a no-arrow solo named over there? Doo-dee-doo-dee-doo. BAM! 1-shotted. I loved doing that in Sinking Sands. Sometimes I'd just do it for the hell of it to show off. But mostly, it's been very handy for me for adds.

Is Devastation Fist a CA that can be Built by a Sage or is it only awarded at the end of the Bloodline Chronicles?

Can someone other than a monk go into BL and get that CA? or is it awarded by class.

I dont have BL so I am curious if I need to get it.

Message Edited by Berek_IronAxe on 06-23-2006 02:52 PM

You must complete 3 quests from a camp to be able to purchase the merchant. The brawler skill -- Devestation Fist -- is the only that is not craftable by your friendly neighborhood scholar. I believe this is because it is the only skill that scales with your level (though I could be mistaken.)
