Handwraps and the STR AA

<DIV>Just another stupid question from someone not high enough to figure it out himself.   The STR AA line says that you can't have anything equiped in either primary or secondary slots.   Does that mean that Handwraps can not be used?   If not, then what line would you use handwraps with?  INT?  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks again !!!</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Snaps</DIV>
