<div></div>since there is such an abundant resource of T7 Gear for Monks.Brawler types (sarcasm) on the Broker on (crushbone) at least it seems nearly impossible to buy anything worth spending the money for. Just curious if anyone who is above 60 and/or 70 what would you suggest buying if you just passed into T7 or past 60 and also which quests would you do that would provide some armor thats worth the keeping. Just curious to what your guys ideas and suggestions would be for the lvl 60+Monk trying to Kit up really nicely. Tankish DPSish etc etc.Masuimi<div></div>

<DIV>Well, not L70 here but checking broker every now and then for future gear, I guess easiest is Queen's Carapece which is down to 30golds with even most scouts use.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also buyable Zhardik's leggings (typo?) not expensive as well.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>As for weapons, I did not see superior ones compared to T6 yet, however, crafted ones still seems viable </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV><p>Message Edited by selch on <span class=date_text>04-11-2006</span> <span class=time_text>08:03 AM</span>

<DIV>My suggestions are forget the broker and go and get your gear to drop... Start pickup groups if you have to and start hunting in Sanctum of the Scaleborn.  Go to Irontoe's East and start the quest line folks are calling prismatic 3.0, and pay attention to the infiltrating the sanctum quest you get just inside the entrance there. Watch for the ring even for the skywatcher too. You can get a lot of nice gear just from the Sanctum, those two quest lines, some other quests and nameds inside... and if you get lucky you cna get manacles of dark sky from the skywatcher. Around levels 62-64, depending on healers and tankiness, you can start doing the nest instance in barren sky as often as daily, for Zhardiz leggings and a chance for the strifewing bone bo. Around 64-66 you can start hitting the den of the devourer, palace of the awakened for some really nice gear and xp as well. I just hunted for all my gear in T7 and I've got a really nice kit now.</DIV>

<div><font face="Arial" size="1">Rrawl,I have a question...about the skywatcher ring event. How do you tell if the ring event is up? I've been up there and seen the starwatcher with adds on the back side of the temple and killed them over and over again for over an hour and starwatcher never became targetable. There were no adds in front of the temple, just to the rear of it. Is it broken or should I just wait longer or is there some other trick to it? Any information would be a blessing and quite helpful. Cheers.</font><blockquote><hr>Rrawl wrote:<div>My suggestions are forget the broker and go and get your gear to drop... <P>For the 'Claymore' or "Prismatic 3.0' however you refer to it, there are a long series of quests that don't always lead into each other but all need to be completed to unlock the others down the line regardless... there's a good listing here: <A href="http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=quest&message.id=107804" target=_blank>CLICK ME</A></P> <P>For the infiltrating the sanctum: <A href="http://eq2.ogaming.com/db/quests/InfiltratingtheSanctumEmissaryKvikz.php" target=_blank>CLICK ME</A> He continues to offer more quests past the ones listed on ogaming though... But figuring out how to do them yourself is more fun anyway. (=</P> <P> </P> <P>Regarding the Skywatcher, I honestly don't know... I was very fortunate to happen across a lovely bunch of dead folks who had failed killing him after they/someone spawned him, and I joined them for the kill (we easily defeated him, monks ftw) and they were kind enough to let me have the Manacles he dropped. The Dreadnever Crash site in Bonemire has some quests which yield good weapons also.  You should be able to start working on them in the early 60's.  The no arrow mobs there give good exp and loot for the low 60ish level range also.   Lots of harvesting nodes also in case you wanted to get some weapons made.

dexterous dragonhide makes great filler armor, if you're having a hard time finding a specific piece, but prices on dragonhides are still a bit ridiculous so thats mainly just viable if you find your own.
