Lvl 40 monk gear

<div></div><div></div><div><div>Ok not sure how i pulled out the first post. Ok here is my question, for lvl 40 should i go with the pristine augmented leather armor? Preety new to the game and not sure what to look for while im waiting to get some vitality back and crafting. Also, is it better to go with DW or a bo staff. Most people have told me there is no real difference, just a preference of what you want to wield. <div></div><p>Welcome Xacius,</p><p>If you browse through the many threads relating to DW vs 2H you'll eventually find out that most are in favour of DW for the stats up to level 60 (e.g. Gaige & others), the damage is very comparable, but of course you have to dish out for two weapons (can be expensive).</p><p>Personally at level 40 I would go whichever you prefer the look of <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I'm more of a 'Bo' fan due to the animations, and you can pick them up for not too much money.</p><p>For Tier 7 (60+) monks seem to be switching back to 2H. At level 58 I'm currently using two imbued Cestii (DW) - which I like, but I also plan to switch to 2H at 60+</p><p>Have fun out there!</p>
