<div></div>I've found Monk very effective in pvp.  Each person has his own play style.

I takes awhile too get your DPS to kick in but when it does you can kick the [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] outta people.  ATM im 42, I dueled a 45 ranger, 44 war, and a 44 guard.  The only one who put up a fight was the guard due to mit.  Monks get 3 dmg stuns which pretty much seal the deal in the fight. This how a normal fight goes for me, DMG move use up the 3stuns by that time there HP is red and I finsh them off.However this is not in PvP only /duel in PvE, but I would assume the stuns are just as effective.<div></div>

<div>in single target PvP,  yes i do quite well, the problem is, at least on Venekor, that most folks are freeps and the roll up on you in bunches.  they also group high levels with low levels so that they can attack you without you attacking first.  and as i am sure you can imaging 22monk<25brigand, 20, Dirge, 28 Necro.  that being said, yes we do quite well.  i have taken out several toons that were 2 or 3 levels higher than me.  if stuns land, you win.  a good brigand is tough though and necro pets with their taunts are a real pain, but other than that, we are wicked in PvP</div>
