View Full Version : Shocking Hand time limit back?
<div>Is this a bug or was it planned? It seems the 30 sec time limit on Shocking hand is back. Anyone know about this?</div><div>I was bugging it when AB crashed.</div>

The level 44 master 2 choice of shocking hands has the 30 second duration on it with the 60 second recast timer. =(I looked at the live update notes for lu20 and didn't see anything mentioning it.--Padder level 46 monk Butcherblock<div></div>

<div>Boy, they're really creaming procs all sorts of ways in this update....</div><div> </div><div>Too bad they won't spend much time rebalancing non-ranger classes after they destroy procs heh</div>

Anyone else noticed our stuns have been mucked up again too, back down to 1 sec duration. How do they manage to break things somewhere between beta and live????<div></div>

<div></div><div>IMO, these are changes to balance the PVP game better, and are thus affecting us on the PVE servers as well... They very thing the devs specifically stated would not happen.</div><p>Message Edited by Rrawl on <span class="date_text">02-24-2006</span><span class="time_text">06:57 AM</span></p>

Either Moor or Blackguard (can't remember which one) said in a seperate post that pvp had a seperate ruleset that they could tweak without affecting the pve servers. The Shocking Hand time limit does suck, but meh, it's just one more thing to adjust to yet again.<div></div>

<div></div><div>It's not just the shocking hands... or the warden's duststorm mentoned above... There were a lot of these little stealtch changes done to a lot of classes abilities. Ask your favorite Templar about the changes that were made to Sanctuary in LU20, the list goes on and on.</div><p>Message Edited by Rrawl on <span class="date_text">02-24-2006</span><span class="time_text">07:56 AM</span></p>
