good question. I'm assuming that anything over the cap is simply wasted.<div></div>

Well think of it like this...We already knew we could hit the cap and go over. The display is just showing you what your haste level is. The display is useless if it stops showing how much haste you have over 100%. Now you can tell how much you are over easily and can change your setup a bit to lower your haste but gain something else. Like lose the fbss for a better belt or something.We have no reason to believe that they suddenly removed the haste cap.<div></div>
