<div>I've been reading on some posts about how some people will run behind the mob after they stun it. I can understand that in a group because it will keep AoEs on you instead of all the casters behind, but does it actually help when you are soloing?</div>

The flurry line (Rapid Swings and others like it) only keeps hitting if ALL swings hit the mob. In other words Rapid Swings will swing 4 times but if the 2nd swing is blocked/parry/missed none of the other hits will land. Getting behind the mob give you a better chance of not being blocked or parryed (unless it's a Brawler type mob). So normally I will use Charging Tiger then run behind the mob and use Darting Sparrow. And sometimes I get lazy and just stun then use it. <span>:smileytongue:</span><div></div>

Thanks for the info, guess I should start doing that more often. I originally wasn't sure if it was that you do more damage or just out of habit, but now i know.<div></div>

<div>yeah the reasoning for going behind the mob is because most mobs cant block/repsote as well from behind. so most of your hits will connect.</div>

Unless they are a Brawler mob, Correct.Running behind the mob definetly makes a huge difference and you'll notice that you'll hit more.

Alright, is there any way to tell if a mob is a brawler type?<div></div>

See if he blocks when your behind him? If he's jump kickin around like one? If he's using your own skills against you?Lol.

You should only get riposted when you are in front of a mob... because it avoids and returns your attack.Blocks however go from back to front.Do one of your stuns and get behind the target to use your darting sparrow... Also combine this with Jolting/Shocking Hands and you will see the health go down quick... use your second stun and use your second biggest attack. This is the best way to solo a mob you're having trouble beating.Other helpers.Use mountain stance before engageingHave shocking hands up and already refreshed before engageing, you can use it twice instantly.Use your mastery skill if it's a specific race of course.I sometimes use offensive stance until I mend, then switch defensive. (use your best judgement and expirement)Lastly, take advantage of your stuns... monks not being able to solo (not saying you said that) is nonsense. Stun on casts and unleash. If you are duoing, use stone stance and taunt if you are in trouble.<div></div>
