Which weapon which slot

I have 2 batons that have the same dmg rating but one has delay of 1.5 and the other is 1.7   Does it matter which one I have in primary?  I was putting the faster on in primary.  I'm level 20.Also, I was using a baton and a fist wrap.  When I fought, I did not see any fist swing animation, just the baton.  I assume I was still hitting with the wrap also.  Just wanted to make sure you can use batons with wraps and such with no problems.<div></div>

No, unlike EQ you swing your offhand independant of your main hand. So it doesn't matter which weapon is in which hand.<div></div>
