Before lastnight my best was the EL boat ride at L33 taking out a L29 ^^^ blue Heroic with two heroic blue friends. Took three tries to get the tactic down but I did it. And then the SBH HQ.. Well lastnight while everyone was out getting drunk for New Years I soloed the Return to the Light (Greater Lightstone) HQ from start to finish (Well I got the quest the night before but didn't start it). The finally battle you end up fighting about 50 L20 to L21 Epic(X2) Orcs. Well I thought I would have the avoidance + mitigation + DPS to take them all out. And then I thought well if worse case I can FD and take the rest on. Well I was wrong I didn't have the avoidance/mitigation/dps to take them all out but I did have FD. Oddly enough FD had a rather odd effect on BSV. I mean it worked how I thought but when I stood back up I noticed the mobs (grey to me at L35) were in 6 man groups rather then 50 Orcs coming at me I was able to take one group at a time down. After killing all the Orcs another two groups of Orcs spawned L21 epic(X2) with a named mob. I thought I would take out the named pack 1st. When I did the final wave spawned with General Drull(EpicX2 ^^^) without needed to kill them all. I FD and waited then targetted the healers in the Generals group and took them out, next I took out the General himself and got my quest update. Since I had 3 Orcs left I FD. Oddly enough then I FD the General and his healers I took out instantly respawned. Here is [Removed for Content] of the General after respawn. <img src="http://software.pridemobility.com/shawn/ss/EQ2_000007.jpg"> So any Monks/Brusiers looking to do this quest you only need enough to take out one mob at a time but survive 6 attacking at the same time. At L35 in defencive stance I rarely hit me and in offenceive stance I would come out of the fight with 80% health and when using Everburning Flame I would be 60% health. Well that was my New Years. BTW I'm in full T4 Rare crafted armor and weapons along with 6 or 7 master I books. The armor and weapons would help but at L35 I doubt the masters made the difference. <div></div>
