Crushing, Slashing, Piercing, magic/divine Mitigation choices?

lvl 46 gives me a choice of a mitigation to upgrade crush slash pierce Magic Divine I was thinking of choosing magic as we are avoidance based - and therefore mitigation for things we dont avoid (like spells) should be higher for us to mitigate. What do you guys think? <div></div>
