All this drooling over Gis is getting tiresome (ya right), and I got to thinking, what ever happened to monks in robes? In EQ1 there were lots of good monk robes. (Crystal Covered Shroud anyone?) Heck there were even uber quested robes like Robe of the Lost Circle, or Robe of the Whistling Fist. I'd sure like to see those come back as heritage items. Anyway, I decided to get my robe on and find some decent looking robes that a monk would look good in during downtime or just running around. At the very least, if you can't find or afford a Gi, they are a nice change from the same old. And hey, now you can be confused for a mage instead of a druid! Here are 4 robes I bought ranging from a few sp to a few gp. #1 Nothin says n00b like a Qeynosian pioneers robe. The lowest of the low... but a steal at only 12sp! #2 The Tundra Walkers Robe. 7gp i think. The dragons are a nice touch :smileytongue: #3 Now we're talkin! Robe of the Trials. 27gp i think, and a [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] fine lookin garment if you ask me. #4 and for those days when you feel like destroying something beautiful... The Barrister's Robe. ~30gp. Same design as the robe of trials, but black. For some reason I feel like Neo when I wear this robe... That's all for the fashion show today. If you've got any cool looking robes let us know.
