Tunic of silence proc

Yesterday i was lucky enough to get a Tunic of silence for my Monk Alt Hermit Herminator ( lvl 44 )., I was using the rare t5 bp with imbue and it showed an spell bar icon when worn, Trouble is the Tunic isnt showing any icon for spell effect nor have i had it proc yet Has any learned monk got this bp and if so do you know if thie effect is working? I havent seen the bp before and no one else on my server seems to have one. Id post a screeny but the game is down at the time of this post. When you're getting beat on look at your maintained spell window. that's where you should see any stifles effects. the stifle may break too, so it may only flash. <div></div>
